We preselect, interview and send the crew to vessels, all the while guaranteeing that the worker’s details and certifications are correct and up to date. The services are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, and the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 certificate requirements.” .
  • We will pre-select, interview and send the Crew to vessel;
  • Recruitment and selection of competent and skilled personnel;
  • Searching, selection and recruitment of duty qualified and trained officers;
  • Constant data updating of candidates and exclusive search for Candidates;
  • Checking marine documents in accordance with SOLAS and STCW conventions;
  • Meeting the domestic needs of vessel’s crew members (mail, parcels, communication etc.);
  • Crew changes as well as arranging for all necessary documents, visas and entry formalities, meeting at the airport, transportation onboard the vessel/from the vessel, hotel accommodation);
  • Arranging the Crew-stuff training process in cooperation with the training providers worldwide;
  • Crew welfare including doctor, dentist, mail and prepaid telephone calling cards;
  • Efficient travel arrangements, including flight tickets  with minimal costs.
  • Portage expenditure forecasts, budgeting, variance analysis.
  • Strict following the Client`s Quality Management Systems;
  • Any other legal formalities as per Employment request;
  • Fully owned or affiliated crewing office in Tallinn.
